If you have installed the hotfix, then repairing the office won't help, I actually ran the office Diagnostics tools from - Start - Programs- Microsoft Office- Office Diagnostics Tools- Run Diagnostics

Regarding your issue, we can try few more things and test. 

1. Add the site to the Trusted zones.

2. Are you using different accounts for Windows login and Sharepoint login ?
